A story that surfaced recently featured the
Century Gothic font family
and how it can uses less ink/toner when printing and can thus save money compared to other fonts like
Arial
,
Times New Roman
, or even
Calibri
.
One thing to note: Century Gothic is slightly wider than these other fonts. Thus you'll need to reduce the point size in order to achieve the savings found in the original printer.com study. For example, they used Century Gothic at 10 point compared to Arial at 11 point.
