Book Antiqua Regular Font

Categories: Italian Old Style
Part of Book Antiqua Font Family (4 fonts)
Book Antiqua™ regular is a roman typeface based on pen-drawn letters of the Italian Renaissance. Book Antiqua regular was originally developed by Monotype as an alternative to Palatino. Because it is distinctive and gentle in appearance Book Antiqua can be used to give a document a different feel than is given by the more geometrical designs of most text faces. The Book Antiqua regular font is also useful for occasional lines, as in letter headings and compliments slips. Book Antiqua's beautiful italic has many uses of its own. Character Set: Latin-1, WGL Pan-European (Eastern Europe, Cyrillic, Greek and Turkish).
