Ong Chong Wah's delightful Delima™ Extra Bold Italic is a fresh take on a contemporary serif face. Created in 1993, Delima Extra Bold Italic captures the spirit of the Clarendon/Ionic style, but is drawn with a lighter, more nimble hand. Delima's large x-height and appealing blend of strong curves and sharp edges are reminiscent of the spirited International Typeface Corporation (ITC) text types of the 1970s and 1980s, but the Malaysian designer's typeface has a subtler appearance.
