ITC Bauhaus Bold Font
Bauhaus is a delicate Sans Serif font with curved angles which soften the unlinked strokes as in capitals A, B and D, or lowercase a, g and p. Bauhaus was designed following some of the precepts established by the Austrian Herbert Bayer, whose Universal Alphabet (1925) was never put into production. Universal was drawn while Bayer was teaching at the Bauhaus School in Dessau. Of particular interest are capital E and lowercase e of the Bauhaus font. The Bauhaus font family is best used as a display face, particularly where an air of the 1920s needs to be invoked.
