Originally designed for the Stempel type foundry, the book version was added by Linotype in 1959. Neuzeit S is a sans serif typeface with a strong geometric influence. It does however have some features from the earlier grotesque style of sans. The Neuzeit S fonts are suitable for text setting in brochures etc. and for general display work.
