TypeTogether is an independent type foundry started by Veronika Burian and José Scaglione in 2006. The two designers met at the University of Reading whilst completing their MAs in Type Design. TypeTogether creates and publishes high quality typefaces and collaborates on new type projects together. Hence the name. TypeTogether is focused on finding innovative and stylish solutions to old problems for the professional market of text typefaces with a focus on editorial use: creating typefaces that perform well in continuous reading, but have enough personality to show. TypeTogether fonts have extensive OpenType typographic features, and their typefaces have achieved recognition in several international competitions, including TDC and ED-Awards.
