Please note: Refunds and exchanges require original proof of purchase. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

Lost Data
It It is always recommended that a backup copy (onto CD, USB drive, external hard drive, etc) is made upon receipt of your font data. If you are requesting a replacement, please ensure that a backup copy is made upon receipt of your lost data.

  • Original purchase made online through AscenderFonts.com  by customers who checked out and created a password can access data through their "My Account” page. Registered customers can visit their order history page at any time for access to data from previous orders. Order History is a service offered by AscenderFonts.com. We hope to continue its availability, but reserve the right to discontinue this service without prior notice.
  • Original purchase made through checkout online AscenderFonts.com will replace lost data within 90 days of the date of online purchase

Exchanges
Exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Format/Platform Ordered
  • Incorrect Weight Ordered
  • Required font Family and ordered single weight

Refunds
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis dependent upon the reason for return. As a general practice, AscenderFonts.com orders are non-refundable. Should you require assistance with a refund request, please contact the AscenderFonts.com customer care department directly within 30 days of purchase.
