If you aren't 100% satisfied with a product, please contact Ascender Corp. to request the return within 15 days of receiving the product.
To return a product purchased directly from Ascenderfonts.com:
1. Contact the AscenderFonts.com Customer Service team via by e-mail at email@example.com . You will need to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Order Date or Order Number
- The product you're returning
- The reason for the return
2. Remove the product from your computer(s). Then send us an email telling us that you no longer have the product installed and are no longer using it.
